Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. The app works without an account or sign-in, and it doesn't ask for your name or email.

Where is my progress saved?

On your phone. It is not sent to us. If you set up a new phone from a backup of your old one, your progress usually comes with it. Deleting the app deletes your progress.

How do I erase my data?

Tap "Delete my data" at the bottom of the You tab, or delete the app. More in our privacy policy.

Where do the facts in the app come from?

Every swap's sources are listed on our Sources page.

Is this medical advice?

No. Mostly Clean shares general household information to help with everyday choices. For health questions, please talk with your doctor.
